Ho'ola Lahui Hawai'i - Kaua'i Community Health Center is based on the belief that our patients' needs are of the utmost importance.  Our entire team is committed to meeting those needs.  We believe in valuing and investing in our staff as this benefits those we are privileged to support as we seek to deliver high quality care and effective positive outcomes.

Hoʻōla Lāhui Hawaiʻi offers complete primary care services on its two mobile clinics.

In addition to care provided at our Waimea and Kapa'a Clinics, Hoʻōla Lāhui Hawaiʻi offers complete primary care services on its two mobile clinics.  Please visit us at either location to establish care for new patients or receive ongoing care for existing patients.  
In an effort to bring primary care services to various communities around Kaua'i, the mobile clinics can be found in various locations across the island.
